Roasted Edamame: 2 Ways

I kept seeing these roasted edamame recipes all over Pinterest, and with Sprouts selling bags of frozen, shelled edamame on the cheap, I figured it was time to give some of these recipes a try.  Roasted Edamame is super easy to make; pretty much, all you need is the shelled edamame and olive oil.  After that, you can use any combination of spices to round out the flavor.  I made one simple recipe with salt and pepper, and one with parmesan cheese.  I added cayenne pepper to each one because I like having that hint of heat in my food.
