Chicken Spinach Pesto Soup from Eating Well

Leave it to me to make soup the weekend in December that it's 80* here. Oh well, it happens-doesn't make the soup any less delicious.  This soup is pretty filling-the beans and the chicken make it hearty and the pesto gives the soup a unique flavor.  I didn't know how easy it was to make basic pesto; 3 things, 2 minutes, delicious pesto.  Anyway, I found this one on EatingWell and it's definitely worth making.
